Once an order is confirmed, we will not accept return or refund requests .

However, if any of the situations mentioned below arise, we are more than willing to collaborate with our customers to find a fair and agreeable solution for everyone involved.

Damaged Product:

  • If a product is received in a damaged condition, we kindly request that Earth Sense Farms is notified within 5 days of the delivery date. This notification should be sent via email to contact@earthsensefarms.in.
  • In the email, please include the order number, an image of the invoice, as well as two clear images of the damaged product along with one image of the outer box.
  • If your shipment consists of multiple items, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
  • We will gladly expedite the process of sending a replacement for the damaged product(s) and we are committed to working closely with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
  • You can expect a response to your email within 24-48 hours, and we will provide full assistance from there onwards.

Missing Product:

  • If you discover that a product is missing from your order, please notify Earth Sense Farms within 5 days of the delivery date by sending an email to contact@earthsensefarms.in.
  • In the email, please include the order number, an image of the invoice, one picture of the outer box, and two clear images of the opened box showing all items received.
  • While we are unable to process a refund request, we will gladly resend the missing product promptly. You can expect a response to your email within 24-48 hours, and we will provide full assistance thereafter.

Spoiled Product

  • If you discover that a product from Earth Sense Farms has spoiled, please inform us within 10 days of the delivery date by sending an email to contact@earthsensefarms.in.
  • In the email, include the order number, the packaging or manufacturing date, and clear images or a video of the spoiled product. Please note that we cannot accept returns solely based on variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma.
  • Our products are made using natural ingredients and are mostly handcrafted, so each batch may differ. We maintain a high standard in our natural production process and use only the best ingredients to ensure maximum nutritional value.
  • Once we have conducted a thorough investigation, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. If necessary, we will replace the product.
  • We guarantee a fair outcome in all cases. You can expect a response to your email within 24-48 hours, and we will provide full assistance thereafter.
